NAHPA — Nordic Alliance for Histotripsy & Patient Access — is an independent non-profit association focused on collaboration, education and access to emerging medical technologies.
Our ambition
Our ambition is to help bridge the gap between emerging medical technologies and the patients who may benefit from them. We believe progress needs informed dialogue between healthcare professionals, hospitals, researchers, patient organisations and other stakeholders.
A Nordic focus
Our focus is the Nordic region, with an openness to knowledge and collaboration beyond national borders. Different healthcare systems bring different perspectives to the same question: what is needed for responsible clinical introduction?
How we work
Our mission spans eight connected areas, from regulatory pathways and professional education to patient information and sustainable funding. These areas describe our intended contribution; they do not imply existing clinical services or formal institutional partnerships.
